Extras
Any storage/boxes/accessories purchased, will be charged to the client in addition to the hourly/daily rate. This will only be charged “if” the client requires it and is only charged for what is used.
A service fee of 25% is charged on top of any item you require purchased on your behalf.
We do not require storage to complete our service and are more than happy to use whatever storage you have available if it works for the space
Travel
Travel charges may occur depending on location. Contact for details.
Payments
We take most types of payment.
We charge a non-refundable $100 deposit (20% for services 1day+) with the balance charged 24 hours before services commence. Cash payments payable on arrival on Day 1.
Payments by Visa/Mastercard/AMEX attract a 2.5% surcharge.

Introductory Meeting
We want to understand how you want your space to function and show you effective systems that can be easily maintained for life

Create A Project Plan
Together, we will identify unwanted items, and we can help facilitate the donation or disposal of belongings you want to part with.

CREATE STORAGE
If required, we will set up systems and labelling, and can provide options in terms of using storage that you already have, or suggest storage from places such as Kmart, Bunnings that will fit perfectly into your desired space.
